Bill & Jen’s Wedding in a Creek/ Rathdrum Idaho Wedding/ Wedding Photographer/ Love & Honey Photography

Family, friends and Geocachers gathered on either side of a small creek in Rathdrum, Idaho, as Bill and Jen said, “I do.”  Their love for each other and their close close friendship was evident in their huge smiles.  These two are adventurers at heart.  One of their favorite past times is Geocaching.  They even made their own Geocache to be found by anyone who dares to adventure out and find it.  I love how their wedding was uniquely theirs with little hints of who they are as a couple through out the day.

Mitch & Lexy’s Wedding Day/Loon Lake Washington/Loon Lake Washington Wedding/Wedding Photographer/Love & Honey Photography

A small breeze rustled through the trees. Winding its way through the majestic pines. While the sun began warming the earth for the day. Lexy was busily getting ready in her childhood home. While Mitch and the guys hung at the venue. In no time at all, Lexy waited in a small meadow while Mitch approached blindfolded for their first look. They stood side by side waiting excitedly to see each other for the first time on their wedding day. They turned and looked at each other, excitement, appreciation and love flashed across their faces. That was how the day started and from there on the day unfolded like a beautiful dream. The clouds floated by and the sun smiled down as the two joined together for a life of happily ever after.

Clay & Brittany’s Wedding Day/Northeastern 18/Sterling Colorado Wedding/Love & Honey Photography

The clouds rolled in and rain fell from the skies.  Clay and Brittany’s out door wedding plans changed quickly.  I watched as both adjusted easily to the situation.  Their beautiful day rolled along like it was meant to be indoors.  The bride continued to smile sweetly and enjoy every moment of her day.  The groom and his groomsmen played a round of golf in the rain before coming in.  I greatly admire these two.  They rolled through the day with grace and smiles.  Accepting the changes of the day.  What a sweet way to begin a marriage. Just happy to be together.

Ben & Deb’s Wedding/Wedding Photographer/Love & Honey Photography/

Ben and Deb were married way up at the top of the state of Washington near Deep Lake. There have been fires in Canada, so the day started out smokey.  Just in time for the wedding though the smoke began to lift.  I think Deb would say that was some prayer power working there.  Deb designed and made her own dress for the day.  With her pretty lace dress and flowers in her hair she walked down the isle to become Mrs. Westfall.  Ben waited for her at the front of the isle ready for his beautiful bride to be his.  It was a beautiful day filled with family, friends, laughter and love.

Eric & Jenn’s Wedding/ Deer Park, Washington Wedding/ On River’s Edge/ Love & Honey Photography

Rays of morning light streamed down on the venue, On River’s Edge, in Deer Park, Washington.  The day had finally arrived, Eric and Jenn’s wedding.  The day they had been planning for for months.  Every detail was in place from the beautiful flower arrangements, to the tables set with candy, snacks and fun for kids.  Jenn had thought of everything.

One thing I noticed about this couple.  They care deeply about their family and friends.  They spent the day laughing, talking, dancing and having as much fun as possible.  Jenn’s first dance was with all the little kids at the wedding it was the cutest thing ever.

Eric even got to sneak off a few times to fish the Little Spokane River that flows through the venue.  I love the pictures of Jenn fishing with him in her wedding dress from the bank.

The day over, all of their guest grabbed a sparkler and gave them a beautiful send off. Ending the day with a spectacular view of a beautiful couple on their wedding day.

James & Mackenzie’s Beautiful Wedding Day/Spokane Washington Wedding Photographer/Love & Honey Photography

It is my pleasure to introduce Mr & Mrs Glenn.  I can’t imagine a more perfect way for, James and Mackenzie’s day to unfold than the one they will treasure always.  From starting at, The Grand Motel, to the gorgeous ceremony in the, Rose Hill, rose garden to the friends and family they celebrated with at their reception, the day unfolded beautifully.  A day of love and laughter, friends and family, dancing and visiting.  May your life together be as filled with love, beauty, family and friends as your wedding day was.

A letter from Rebecca to Caleb:

Caleb, the moment I met you was the moment I knew God was unfolding the desires of my heart.  The fact that God chose us to be one blesses me.2016-12-13_00012016-12-13_0002

Caleb you are intelligent, funny, compassionate, hard working, but most of all you have a heart after Jesus.

Watching you worship and listening to you sing and blow the shofar is one of my favorite things to do.  I am excited for our forever.  I love you Caleb McCoy and I’m looking forward to stealing your last name.

Love Rebecca

A letter from Caleb to Rebecca:

Rebecca, From the first time I saw you walk through the door of my church, I knew you were something special.  As I shook your hand and introduced myself, I hoped in my heart that you would stay.  When I saw you the following Sunday, I smiled to myself, as you took a seat in the back row.  It seemed you would be attending regularly.

I think people around us at the church started to notice something about the two of us.  I believe they knew God had brought you here to be with me and me to be with you.

We became friends and grew closer together and as time passed we began to court.  Around that time we began to face obstacles in our way both physically and spiritually.  Challenge after challenge seemed to come at us from every side, but we never gave up.

Rebecca, I am and will always be determined to never give up on you no matter what comes our way.  I was overcome with joy and love when I learned that you had the same heart for me.

I thank God that He kept us in His hand. Now here we stand, engaged to by married.  The journey may have been smooth at times and rough in others, but one thing remains certain.2016-12-13_00152016-12-13_00162016-12-13_00172016-12-13_0018

You are my love, you are every part of me that was missing, and you are my gift from a wonderful God, who saw fit to bless me, even when I may not have deserved it.

Thank you Lord for blessing me so.  I look forward to the day Rebecca Gene Ramsey, when you finally become Rebecca Gene McCoy.

The McCrea Wedding Portraits/Deer Park Wedding Photographer/Wedding Photographer/Love and Honey Photography

When Tucker and Katie were first married the pictures they had paid another photographer to take didn’t come back edited as promised.  Katie had also missed having any pictures with her mom on her wedding day.  They felt they were missing important memories, so they decided it was time to have a redo.  It was such a good idea too.  They dressed up, and we went out and had a spectacular evening taking all kinds of creative images.  It was such a relaxing fun evening.  I invited two other photographer friends to come along to have fun and be creative, Talitha Kays, The Sycamore Tree Photography and Megan Wright, {Simplicity} by Megan Wright Photography.  Together we took turns thinking up ideas for the next pose and background.  Tucker and Katie enjoyed the evening, and so did we.  The best part of all,  now they have so many images to look back on and remember a new happy moment in life.
