The Stone Family session is one of my favorite sessions yet. This energetic family was ready for all of the fun I had planned, and some fun that just appeared like magic out of nowhere. These are the kind of sessions I love to create.

Rain, rain all week long. We were all a little skeptical that the weather was going to foil our plans. Not so! The rain broke just long enough to provide picture perfect lighting and the tall grass was tailor-made for running and rolling around in. Fallen trees and branches along with a stack of blankets added just what we needed to make the scene.
The spirit of our family is captured beautifully in these photos. Our silly side, our serious side, the lovey and the mischievous too. I tend to get caught up in the day to day and forget to just enjoy who we are. To just be. 
It’s my hope that these photos hanging on our wall will serve as a reminder to be intentional. To pause and take in everything our family is made of. God’s beautiful gift. 
Words cannot express how blessed I am getting to spend this life with my wonderfully awesome husband and our carefree, kind, smart, ornery, joyful…beautiful children.
