The snow fell gently from the sky on Christmas Eve. The quiet wooded lane leading to the house watched as the snow whispered to the ground. There wasn’t a sound to be heard, until we came spilling out of the Wheatley’s home. Their laughter floated through the trees. Their joy spilled over on each other. Mischief filled the moment, with snowballs flying through the air, funny hats and family jokes.
The Wheatley’s have recently moved to the Eastern side of Washington. This winter has greeted them with more snow than I think they have seen in awhile, and they are loving it. Tim and Pam are Pastor and wife at Lakeside Church of the Nazarene, at Deer Lake. They have 3 kids who are grown and married, and one granddaughter. They love spending time together as a family, and are soaking up every moment they can with their adorable granddaughter.
I have to say getting to know the family better was a lot of fun. They are full of fun and laughter and silly antics. It was a pleasure to take pictures of this beautiful family. My friend and fellow photographer Tammy Hansen took pictures on this day too. I’m sure she is having just as much fun as I did editing this family session. Thanks everyone for a fantastic day!
