My girls love their horses and honestly the horses love them back. Fancy has been in the family since she was born on Grandpa Wayne’s property nearly 30 years ago. Hannah inherited her when she was ten and the two went on adventures all over the area where we live. Once Hannah and our neighbor Lorie went on a ride. Hannah was on bare back. As they went up a steep hill Hannah began to slide off of Fancy. Fancy stopped and waited for Hannah to climb back up. She has also helped Hannah on with a little nudge from her nose. She has been one of those irreplaceable horses. Mahala learned to ride on her and Maya has also. Maya has painted her “toe nails”. Trimmed her tail when I wasn’t watching and pretended she was a horse eating grass right underneath her. (Not something I let her do when I caught her) She has been the best horse a little girl could ask for. Champagne (Chammy) has come along recently as the girls have gotten more experienced at riding. She and the girls have gone on many adventures together. She is a sweet heart so long as her friend Fancy is with her. She throws such a fit if she has to leave her best friend that the girls have decided to always take Fancy along. Sometimes Fancy even goes without a rider. She just tags along for the ride. They are all best friends. Fancy, Chammy and their girls.
